My backyard is nicely shaded, however the issue I could not resolve was my decaying sod. The great walnut tree that supplied the shade, also destroyed the grass. My son has allergies and the beautiful look and feel of Jason's synthetic grass assortments proved to be a beautiful solution to my problems. "I recently hired 1st Impression Synthetic Lawns and Greens to install a small patch of lawn, 60sqft in a memorial garden area I was creating in my backyard. I met Jason while shopping and was very impressed with the samples he showed me and how honest he was.
We set up a time for him to come by my home and assess the area. He gave me an estimate and showed me some projects he had done in my neighborhood. I called him later that afternoon asking when he could start and the next morning there was a crew at my house working.
The installation crew did a great job and was friendly, helpful and respectful. They put a special paver I had in place; made sure it was level so I could move a fountain onto it. They even worked while we had a rain storm.
The lawn looks great and turned this small area into a wonderful place that I can relax and enjoy, through all seasons without a lot of upkeep. I now have a green area for the dog to use.

"We interviewed and received competing bids from 5 firms in the Bay Area (two of them were the largest in the business) and selected 1st Impressions for our 2600 sq ft synthetic turf job.
Jason spent quite a bit of time with us reviewing other installation sites and explaining options which was very helpful as we educated ourselves on the cost and process. He communicated with us extensively (text, email, phone) throughout the project and completed the job on time. He also had the best price.
Don't assume that because a firm advertises on TV That they will have the best price, product and warranty. Jason can get almost any style turf product you want. He also has a "no pressure" sales style, his is a consultative approach where he works to figure out your needs and options. We Highly recommend 1st impressions."

"We recently hired 1st Impression Lawns to install a small patch of lawn in our newly renovated backyard. After finding the company online I reached out via email and got a quick response back from the owner. Within a few days we had met in person to look at samples and show him where we wanted the lawn installed. I was very impressed with the owner, Jason Webb. He seems genuinely interested in his business and isn't a pushy salesman. He's knowledgeable about the products and took the time to answer all of my questions.
Our project was only 220sqft and I felt like he was treating us like our job was his most important priority.
After meeting with him we had several weeks before the rest of construction was finished and we could begin the grass installation. In this time Jason called me periodically to see how things were going and check if we had any questions - again, never being too pushy.
When we were finally ready Jason had a crew scheduled in less than a days notice and got our lawn installed in less than 2 days, a full day ahead of schedule and in plenty of time for a big party we were hosting.
The crew that did the installation was friendly and respectful of our home and property and did a great job. The quality of installation exceeded our expectations ten fold.
The synthetic lawn is a terrific compliment to our new backyard and really brings everything else together. The grass turned a small unusable space into a signature part of the backyard that's now not only inviting and colorful, but is usable for kids, adults and pets alike.
